GENEROSITY AT SEVEN HILLS
Generosity is part of following Jesus.
Everything we have is a gift from God. Giving is one way we respond to His goodness and learn to trust Him with what we have. Jesus taught that where our treasure is, our hearts will be also (Matthew 6:21). We invite those who call Seven Hills home to give faithfully through their tithes and offerings, helping our church share the hope of Jesus with our neighbors.
Tithes and offerings
A tithe means a tenth. Throughout Scripture, God’s people practiced giving a portion of what they received back to Him. Offerings are additional gifts given freely and generously. At Seven Hills, we encourage those who call this church home to give faithfully as an expression of worship, gratitude, and trust in God.

Stocks and securities
Give stocks or other appreciated securities directly to Seven Hills. Donating shares you've held for more than a year can help you avoid capital gains tax on the appreciation and may provide a charitable deduction.
Donor-advised funds (DAFs)
A donor-advised fund (DAF) is a charitable account you can contribute to now and use to support nonprofits over time. You can receive a tax deduction when you contribute to the fund, then recommend grants to causes you care about. If you have a DAF, you can recommend a grant to Seven Hills.
IRA gifts (QCDs)
If you're age 70½ or older, you can give directly from your IRA through a qualified charitable distribution. Eligible gifts are generally excluded from taxable income and can count toward your required minimum distribution.
Employer matching gifts
Many employers match charitable donations made by their employees, sometimes dollar for dollar or more. Ask your HR team whether your company offers a matching gift program and how to submit your gift to Seven Hills.
